Q. Can I use the mall to host an event, promote my services or carry out fund-raising?
Sheraton Mall accommodates various fund-raising organizations and outside businesses for promotions. If you are requesting a promotion at the mall, please send an email or letter to our office with the following information:
- Nature of event
- Proposed date and time
- Number of participants
- Event requirements such as chairs and tables or electricity
Please note that we do not permit the sale of any items. A charge applies for the use of the promotional space with the exception of charities or not-for-profit organisations.
Q. How do I rent or lease store space in the Mall?
We always welcome unique stores and services to Sheraton Mall, but we may not always have space available. If you are interested in opening a store within the mall, please fill out our application for space. We will contact if a suitable space becomes available and your proposed store or service complements the mall’s overall offering.
Q. Where else can I find information about the individual stores and their products?
Besides our website, which offers direct links to several of the stores within the mall, you may contact the stores directly by telephone. Our mall directory, available at tourist locations throughout the island and within the mall, also offers a listing of stores and their telephone numbers. You may also call our PBX at 437-0970 and press “2” at the prompt for contact information.
Q. Do individual stores have different opening hours?
Mall hours are 9am until 9pm Monday through Saturday. However, some of the service-based businesses and outside shops may have different opening hours. We advise that you contact these stores directly for their opening hours.
Q. What should I do if my personal property was misplaced at the Mall while shopping?
Items found in the common areas of the mall are usually brought directly to the office by our security, maintenance or cleaning staff. Call or visit our office to report a missing item immediately. You should provide a detailed description of the lost item and your contact information with our receptionists so that if the item is found we may contact you.
